Please follow the below steps to download the correct version of the software for your device via your personal computer:
NOTE: You phone should be non rooted and on stock recovery.
a) Check the software version available on your device:
- Go to Menu - Settings - About phone - Build number
b) Note the Build number.
c) Download the update.zip file according to your phone’s build number no on your computer
- S008- Version 1
- S012- Version 2
e) Once copied follow the following steps to upgrade:
- Go to Menu - Settings - About phone - Software update
f) Follow the steps on the screen to upgrade your software.
